1. Age

You must be 14 or older to create an account. The registration form asks this because, in Italy, a person under 14 cannot consent to this service on their own. If the answer is under 14, the account is not created.

2. Account

YourStager is used in the browser with a personal account. You may not share the account or resell access. How the data is stored is described in the privacy policy.

3. Price and automatic renewal

The demo is free. Pro is €5 per month. The subscription renews automatically every month at €5 until you cancel. That sentence is shown at the same size as the price on the pricing section, not in small print. The detail is in the pricing terms.

4. Withdrawal and cancellation

The account page has a button labelled Withdraw or cancel subscription. It is ordinary text, not a footnote. A consumer can use it within 14 days of subscribing to withdraw from the contract. After those 14 days, the same button cancels the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the month already paid. Stages stay on the account, and opening them is blocked until Pro is active again. If Stripe’s page cannot be opened, the button still records the request and we confirm it by email.

5. Profile photos

You may upload a profile photo only if you have the right to use it. When you publish a stage, other users can see that photo and can report it if they believe it was stolen. We review the report and can remove the photo.

6. Support

7. Liability

YourStager is provided as a working service without a promise that every export or drawing will fit a particular venue. Keep your own copy of important designs. This does not limit rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. A dispute is subject to the court of Pescara, without taking away a mandatory consumer forum.
